Email newsletter

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and send it to Resend, our email provider, so we can deliver the Food Safety Brief and related product updates. If you join the SMS recall waitlist, we may also store an optional phone number and your consent choice alongside that contact.

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send.

Local-storage logs and tools

Interactive logs, price book entries, recipes, and similar tool data are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. That data is not sent to our servers when you use the tools offline-style on this site. Clearing your browser data erases those entries.

If you create an account for cloud sync, signed-in data may be stored with our sync provider so you can access it across devices. Account features only apply when you choose to sign in.

Invoice Scanner photos

The Invoice Scanner runs entirely on-device. No photo or data leaves the browser. Processing happens in your browser session; we do not upload invoice images to our servers.

Analytics

We do not currently run third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this page.
